Long-term Outcomes of Myopic Choroidal Neovascularization and Retinal Changes according to ATN Classification

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of myopic choroidal neovascularization (CNV) and atrophic tractional changes according to ATN (A: atrophy, T: traction, N: neovascularization) classification system.Methods: This was a retrospective review medical records CNV patients treated with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) injections followed up for at least 3 years. Atrophic components were graded system baseline last visit.Results: The study included 21 eyes in patients. mean age 52.29 ± 14.6 years, follow-up duration 57.65 18.8 months, number 2.9 1.9. Recurrence occurred seven (33.3%). Five (23.8%) developed contralateral eye. initial final logarithm minimum angle resolution (logMAR) visual acuities 0.44 0.30 0.33 0.39, respectively. Visual acuity maintained or improved compared 15 (71.4%). Baseline significantly associated (<i>p</i> = 0.026).
